BOREDOM AND CHILDREN -1

1. Parents should ensure that children don’t use screens to combat their boredom 


2. Children should be taught to respond constructively to boredom, finding various ways to overcome it


3. If properly channelised, boredom can lead to resourcefulness and self discipline


4. Parents should support children and spend quality time with them but should not feel guilty if their children get bored sometimes!
